In order to achieve the above we must multitask!
Its finding the right combination of exercise, time, budget and FOOD!
Too often I hear women loosing the motivation to proceed with their new fitness regime as they are not seeing the results they'd hoped for. Trainers can not do it all for you, we put in the time to tailor your programme to fit with your needs, goals, time and budget. Only you control what you consume!
If you lack motivation at times, say! Don't be afraid to ask for help.
Next time you hear your favourite biscuit or cake calling to you from the supermarket shelves, ask yourself 'will eating this help or hinder my progress?'.
If you go ahead and eat the cake regardless, own it! Try again tomorrow but remember its your choice, what is it you really want????
