Reasons I want to be a success in my field: Passionate about the benefits of exercise and the impact it can have on our lives, no pills potions or weird concoctions, just clean eating and plenty of movement and some outdoor fresh air and maybe some sun. I dont work for some big corporate company I work for the benefits of others, I go out there research and find what exercise I enjoy doing, check the benefits and pass it on. if the baton isnt taken I, yes me, I dont get paid and neither do my bills, my accountant is still confused as to why I am still doing it,and considering the amount I spend on training, course fees, equipment, advertising, travel, licences etc. it is passion that drives me, I adore exercise, it has kept me sane through shit times in my life and I know it can do the same for others, it has made me smile when I felt like crying, laugh when I felt like screaming in despair. Why put this status on here now? well the hardest thing about exercise is commitment, when we feel like crap the last thing we want to do, me included, is exercise, thats why we need the support of others, I know that I would stay in bed till late every day not because I need to but because I could and I know I would slide into depression, of which I have a history of, if it wasnt for my commitment to my bootcampers, 6am at Herne Bay seafront is exhilarating no matter what time of year, its amazing what you can achieve by 6.45am. This then propels me into my day of personal clients and classes until 9pm most weekdays, such energy that exercise brings. So if your struggling to find the commitment needed to keep you going or to get you started just focus on what you DO want to achieve and not on what you DONT want to be, and dont do it alone, it takes humans at least 3 months to create a habit and we are creatures of habit share your journey with a friend to help and support each other for at least those first few months, YOU then will feel passionate about the benefits of exercise!
