Kelly Cullen is a level 3 personal trainer with 35 years experience within all areas of fitness from GP referrals to athletes, exercise programs specifically designed for the individual. No matter what shape you're in, her programs offer up-to-date fitness systems such as Boot Camps and the Power Plate. As an Olympic qualifier and a life-long fan of physical fitness, Kelly has the ability to change your life and get you focused on health and a sculpted body. With full understanding of the mind/body relationship, she also excels at life-coaching to help each client reach their full potential.
Kelly's supportive programs cover every fitness system from exercise plans in the privacy of each client's own home, to exercise classes at "The Practice", to outdoor boot camps designed for more adventurous individuals. Many exercise programs fail because they're simply boring. There is no chance for boredom with Kelly's Fitness Practice.
Also known for her Special Population Programs, Kelly's vast experience has benefited many with special needs and specific health concerns such as diabetes or heart problems. These fitness plans are carefully designed to help each client on the road to better life with support to not only reach goals, but stay motivated.

Facebook Emily: I am usually a hater of this type of post, so if you're like I was, then feel free to ignore/unfollow etc. but decided it was time for a 'YAY ME' post! I am not built for running, nor am I any good at it, but over the last 5 weeks I have run 63km, not amazing by most people's standards I know, but for me this is an accomplishment! Thank you Kelly for the regular encouragement! The real challenge now is to be able to write a post like this again in 5 weeks time.
Facebook Tracey:So trip to the doctor results in good news and bad news... Good news is my thyroid levels are up which means I can reduce my medication which has never happened in the 20 years I have been on thyroxine! Am putting it down to my early morning workouts with the brilliant Kelly. Bad news, high cholesterol which I am putting down to.... Well, just a general love of food! am currently googling tofu recipes.
