My 1000 Mile Cycle Challenge for Charity

I am cycling from Lands End to John O Groates in July, almost 1000 miles, would be humbled by your support, have £335 pledged on sponsor forms but in need of support on Fundraising page cos it looks miserable with a £00.00 total, even if its a quid it would be good, sincere thanks x

Aerobathon 2008

Due to my 6 year old Grandsons cancer treatment we have decided to put this years Aerobathon on hold and to do something a little more special at a later date.  

Cheeky chappie is doing just fine. He  recovered well from his ten hour surgery to remove  almost all of the tumour and a minor op a few weeks after to help drain his body from a build up of fluid, he is now waiting to recieve radiotherapy to kill any remaining cancerous cells.

The chosen charity has to be Great Ormond Street, words cannot express our gratitude to all who work there.

I do hope (reader) that you will support us in our very special fund raising event.

Aerobathon September 2007

Wow! What can I say but a big! big! thankyou to all who supported this years Aerobathon on behalf of Demelza House Childrens Hospice and myself. It was brilliant fun. Over 60 people turned up, and we raised over £400 on the morning and still to collect sponsorship funds, I will keep you posted.

First up was Fight Klub with Instructor Sean Bolton, Thanks again Sean you where brill!

Next Step Aerobics with myself, not sure about use of the whistle?

The  new  Body Combat release was up next with Sean, Mel and Gabbie, Awesome!

And then we all shook our hips to the all new ZUMBA with myself and Drummer Richard Latham, thanks again Richard! Excellent!

To finish we relaxed, streched and toned with Pilates, Ahh! we made it! Just enough time to do the raffle, thankyou to all who donated prizes.

Hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did, look forward to seeing you all again and next years event!
