People think we are mad being out in all weathers 6am weekday mornings but you really have to be there to realize just how empowering it can be.
The friendships, camaraderie, exercise, fun, braving the elements, spiritual, healthy, there so much to be gained by attending, you have to try it to believe me, I promise you it is FANTASTIC!
Pretty dark and cold out there this morning but still a whole lotta fun.

This morning was pretty cold but we soon got warm and had a giggle.

A good stretch at the end of camp is always welcomed and quite surreal. Looking out to sea with the moons reflection early in the morning is very empowering.
It's not about putting people down, it's about lifting people up.
And you thought Halloween was over? Early in the morning while others are half asleep, you can see girlie's jumping over bodies up a hill that becomes rather steep? Once they where up they where up, when they where down they where down, but when they where only half way up they where neither up nor down! B..........y Brilliant!!
