Firstly, I loved your energy and enthusiasm and found it completely addictive! Your teaching experience shone through and I loved your ability to bring a smile and humour to class and I loved how you were engaging with the group. You looked great on the bike and appeared completely at ease with the set-up and operation of the computer. I believe that using the M3 computer will now take your classes to another level and bring about an even more meaningful class experience for all your members. You might like to consider investing in some indoor cycle shoes as this can encourage members to do the same. This will improve their comfort and improve their cycle technique. Also you may be interested in an advanced module where you will learn more in-depth how to apply the computer to drills and class design etc.
