Oh, dancing is one of the best activities if you want to get fit! It doesn't only help a person maintain a fit and healthy body; it also helps stabilize his or her emotions. Dancing is an art of releasing emotions… As a person dances, all of his or her emotions are released through the actions. That is why it feels so relieving afterward… Good thing you had a blast!
