Boot Camp

You may think that because I have not commented lately that Boot Camp has not been on due to the weather, but you would be wrong, the Boot Camp girls see the weather as an added fitness challenge, even at 6am!

Fact is I have been in such great demand lately that I just have not had the time to catch up on here and can say that the January 2012 Boot Camp Girls are indeed the most dedicated I think we have ever had!!
