March Boot Camp

OMG!  DAVE! the girls are knackered! They turned up freezing on the beach this morning!

Claire fell on Dave! Terina was speechless, Megan showed her knickers, Erica made a guest appearance, Mandy has to go to her GP, Sarah can't wait for her birthday.

Claire won last months raffle! ticket number 429.   Kath and Mellissa used the rhythm method, Lorraine cant wait for the next DAVE!

All this before 7am this morning, phew!

A steep climb this morning on soft ground but a bit slippery on the way down, boobs and tums where lifted, beach and run where also done, finished off with a stretch and all before breakfast time!
