End of January Boot Camp

I could kick myself for forgetting to take a photo this morning but we where having so much fun!!

Certificates where handed out, sorry Erica!  the raffle was drawn, well done Alex!! Games where played, well done Debbie! Cans of ......... where raised and cheers was shouted to all who fought the fight on 6am morning January Boot Camp!! Stars, Half Stars and gonna be Stars, well done!

January Boot Camp

Ok, it was especially tough going this morning! so much so we where joined by our old friend 'nausea, my Boot Camp Girls still kept moving, even when on their hands and knees they  pushed forward.

I said this month was a tough determined  bunch of girls and I was right, most have nearly completed 15 straight week days of Boot Camp on the trot, a challenging call, but what fun and energy they all bring to 6am out in the dark,, even the birds where joining in this morning.

I cannot praise them enough, they are all elite, special, lovely girls and I am very lucky to have them  as Members of my Boot Camp, xxxxx

January Boot Camp

Another excellent morning of exercise by Boot Campers, hills, lunges, parachute, ball, kettle bells, cones,  mats with abs, best of all it was light enough to use  steep steps a 'Rocky' moment!  Every single Boot Camp Member worked hard, these girls are truly something special, I admire and applaud them, xxxxxxxxxxx

Spring is tapping us on the shoulder, evident this morning being able to climb the steps, I love watching the dawn arrive, magical!

With all the things demanding our attention, one thing you can ignore is negativity!

January Boot Camp

Lots of chat about calories and weight loss this morning, us girls are hooked on the bathroom scales, throw em out!!  Aim to be as fit and healthy as you can be! without obsessing about scale weight, if weight loss is your goal with exercise, go by your clothes, are they getting looser.?
