Just when you think you can't keep going remember, it's getting through those weak moments that makes us stronger.
Old track suit pants, your other half's extra large T-shirt (ask him first!), a pair of cargo shorts? It doesn't matter! It's all 100 percent acceptable gear for working out. There is one standard rule, though: for safety reasons, you'll probably want to wear running shoes or trainers, which have good support for your feet and ankles.
