Well here I am nearing the end of my second bootcamp! I did july bootcamp and was very apprehensive but excited to see my ability......It was a struggle at first but by week two I felt alive Kelly constantly spurs you on and is always there for support I think she is such an inspiration! I met some wicked people on boot camp and there is something for everyone...By the end of july I had lost 12Ib and 30cm all over 11 of which off my waist I was so chuffed I put in 100% and it certainly paid off !! I have achieved a size ten which I never thought possible. I'm now on week three of septembers boot camp and still loving it and hoping to maintain my fitness levels. Thanks to all those crazy ones who meet at 6am ha ha your amazing and a huge thank you to Kelly I'm hoping to continue with bootcamp nothing gets me more ready for the day ahead..! Jo x




I did my first bootcamp in July and found it very challenging (especially the running, or in my case plodding) but got such excellent results at my assessment. Although I said I wouldn't do it again as I didn't think my body would ever forgive me, here I am in September just finishing another one. I've enjoyed this one even more, even running this morning in the pouring rain (I'm sure we all need certifying)! I do a lot of exercise classes but there's something compelling about doing situps and press ups at 6.30 in the morning on the seafront.
