Anticipate Amazing Results 5-10 pounds of weight loss (five day program).
A four week outdoor program of fitness instruction, and motivational training with a Highly Qualified Personal Trainer licensed, insured, 30 years Experience.
Participants meet every Monday through to Friday for one hour during the four week program.
5 day week program = 20 sessions £200
4 day week program = 16 sessions £160
3 day week program = 12 sessions £120
Time Slots Available: 6-7am - 9.30-10.30am (pm and men only slots available soon).
