A four week outdoor program of fitness instruction, and motivational training with a Highly Qualified Personal Trainer licensed, insured, 30 years Experience.
Participants meet every Monday through to Friday for one hour during the four week program.
5 day week program = 20 sessions £200
4 day week program = 16 sessions £160
3 day week program = 12 sessions £120

It is best to start with a fitness assessment, by appointment only,
if you let me know when you are available for a 20-30 minute assessment

I have had the most amazing month at boot camp!!! Thank u Kelly you have been so motivational and supportive and I cannot believe how many inches I have already lost. I have a purpose to get out of bed in the morning and feel amazing.
